3. On-Site Work
Repairs and maintenance are completed under the agreed hourly structure with a two-hour minimum per visit. Materials are billed separately as needed.
4. Completion & Billing
Work is completed during the scheduled visit whenever possible and invoiced based on time and materials. This service does not require formal estimates or project contracts.
