We are awaiting DPOR to complete our licensing application. Once approved, we will be available in VA. Virginia General Contractor Class A License #TBD (awaiting approval from DPOR), fully insured, with over 20 years of experience; handling permitting and inspections correctly from start to finish.

Our office is based in Williamsburg, VA. We serve The Greater Richmond area, including Glen Allen, Moseley, Midlothian, Henrico, Chesterfield and Williamsburg/James City & Toano/New Kent. We also serve Some of Hampton Roads including Yorktown, Tabb and Grafton.
Who is this guy you are letting in your home?
Tommy Curtis started his career in construction in 1999 when he works for his dad’s construction company in St. Petersburg, FL. In 2001, he joined the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. Tommy continued working in construction while attending college under the Montgomery GI bill and providing for his family.
Eventually, Tommy completed his undergrad in Information Systems, his Masters in Business Administration and his Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. Tommy uses his education to ensure our community has a General Contractor who is here for the long haul; someone you can trust will be there if you ever need warranty work.
Tommy’s morals and ideals uphold the highest standards. Tommy believes family must come first, followed by education. Tommy believes we should all be lifelong learners, no matter the field we choose for our careers. If you choose Curtis Bros, you can be guaranteed that your contractor is an upstanding person who will see your job through from start to finish.
Tommy is huge on community engagement and philanthropy. Tommy believes that we must keep our community beautiful. That’s another reason Tommy founded Curtis Bros; this is OUR community. Tommy lives here too. We need to make sure it stays a nice community for generations to come, and we all need to do our part in it.
Curtis Bros has been licensed an operating in our North Carolina for years now. We think it’s about time we bring our dedication and attention to detail to VA. We offered a “different” contractor experience in OBX, now we’re offering that experience in Virginia.
